Shipping Terms

1. We have both the American and European versions of the Turboant X7 Electric Scooter. What's the difference between these versions?
a) The three speed settings: 7.5 mph, 17.5 mph and 20 mph (American version); 10 km/h, 15 km/h and 25 km/h (EU version)
b) Speed to activate the cruise control function: 7.5 mph (American version); 6 km/h (EU version)
c) Adapter: American adapter (American version); EU adapter (EU version)
d) The speed limit is based upon electric scooter regulations in EU countries. For related instructions, please refer to this website for more information: https:/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_bicycle_laws#European_Union_definition

2. We have American, UK, and European versions of the Turboant X7 Pro Electric Scooter with the same specifications. Only the adapters and chargers are different.

3. Which countries we can ship to for free?
We have 3 warehouses: CA (US), IL (US) & Germany.
We only ship the American version to U.S. mainland states (except for AE, Puerto Rico, Hawaii), and only ship EU and UK versions to addresses located in EU countries and the UK.

4. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Generally, we provide free shipping to the countries listed above, and the total shipping cost is covered in your purchase amount.
However,shipping fees may be incurred in the following cases:
1) The customer requests shipping to a country that is not listed above;
2) Return shipping costs due to issues beyond the warranty. Refer to our warranty policy for more information.

5. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Usually we will process the customer’s order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping time will vary from the address you are located in:
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (Western U.S.), 5-7 business days (Eastern U.S.), 7-10 business days (Central U.S.), 7-10 business days (UK), 5-10 business days (EU)
Note that the total delivery time includes processing time plus shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances).

6. How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your TURBOANT account, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for tracking number to activate.
