Each TURBOANT product comes with a 6-month warranty. For warranty services, please keep your original receipt and/or invoice to validate proof of purchase. Please note that if you sign up on our official website (www.turboant.com) and become a member, you will receive an extended half-year warranty.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
A Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
1. If a defect occurs within 7 days of delivery, you can apply for repair, a brand-new replacement, or a full refund.
2. If a defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, you can apply for repair or a brand-new replacement.
3. If a defect occurs after 30 days of delivery, but within the warranty period, TURBOANT will provide repair guide videos or parts for the defective product, depending on the issue, at no charge.
*For orders under warranty, all shipping cost of replacement parts, products, or returning is TURBOANT's responsibility if due to defect in material or manufacturing only.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does NOT apply:
(a) to consumable parts, such as front and rear tires, batteries or protective coatings that naturally wear and tear over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage on used products, including but not limited to the scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports, tires deformation due to expansion and contraction when temperature change;
(c) to damage caused in accident or by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the TURBOANT product specifications (TURBOANT product specifications are available under the technical specifications for each product at the purchase page);
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, or other external cause;
(e) to damage caused by operating the TURBOANT product outside TURBOANT's published guidelines;
(f) to a TURBOANT product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of TURBOANT;
(g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the TURBOANT product;
(h) if TURBOANT receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. receipt, invoice or payment information for the product).
(i) for products used over half year from the date of invoice.

Please carefully follow our process to minimize any delays:
1. Provide valid order ID.
2. Mark the delivery date.
3. Describe the problem in detail: What happened? When? How?
4. Send a clear photo and video showing the problem or defect(s), name the picture and video the same as your order number.
Note: Do not return your product without contacting customer service first. Items returned without following our policy and return guide will void any reimbursement through TURBOANT, and all costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
